HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR ALL FIRST TIME TRIATHLETES

Staff from Multisport Canada will be hosting an orientation session on Friday, July 6th at 7:00PM for all race participants. Multisport Director, John Salt and Series Technical Director, Jason Vurma, will review the race in ites entirety from swim to finish including a walk thru of the registration process, start, finish and transition areas. In addition to explaining the rules, they will provide tips for everyone new to multisport racing. There will be lots of time for questions!
